CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE IN ENGLISH

If you speak Romanian and English, we would like to offer you a position as Customer Care Representative in a multinational company based in Bucharest/Ilfov. We are looking for new colleagues with a young spirit, who are honest, loyal and dedicated.

The requirements for this position are:

  • Communication skills in Romanian and English (written and spoken),
  • PC skills (Word, Excel),
  • Willingness and ability to learn new information,
  • Punctuality,
  • Accuracy and logical thinking,
  • Customer-oriented and problem solving abilities,
  • Willingness to help people.

Your main tasks would be to:

  • Answer phone calls, e-mail and chats received from customers and provide accurate and complete information,
  • Provide support in the languages you know in transcribing the information necessary for the business,
  • Handle customer inquiries.
